Your data and privacy
Your report is private by default. Here’s what we save when you scan a page, contact us or give us your email, and when we delete it.
What we store
We save the page URL, any phrase or link you ask us to find, a copy of the HTML, the extracted text and the scan results. We also record when the scan ran and whether it finished. A cookie in your browser gives you access to the report.
To limit repeated requests, we store a hashed network identifier. We don’t use it for advertising. Don’t submit URLs that contain passwords, access tokens or personal information.
When we delete it
Reports expire after seven days. If you attach a report to a message, we keep it for 30 days. Messages are kept for 90 days. Expired records and saved evidence are removed by scheduled cleanup.
You can delete a completed report from its page at any time. Copies you download stay on your device until you delete them.
Emails and messages
When you contact us, we save your name, email address, website and message so we can reply. When you download a report, we save your email address and send you a private link to reopen it. We don’t sell your email address or share it for marketing.
We only send product updates if you tick the box and confirm your email. Every update includes a link to unsubscribe. We use Resend to send email. The production service is configured to use Cloudflare for hosting and storage.
Accounts, agent tests and payments
Accounts are optional and only needed for agent tests. Sign-in is provided by Clerk, which stores your login details; we keep your email address, your organisation, your sites, your usage and your test results.
An agent test records each step the agent takes on your verified site, including screenshots. Results are private to your organisation. Tests run only on sites you have verified. Signed out, a test only reads; with a test account you provide, it can make changes you allow. It never makes purchases.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax and receipts. We don’t see or store card details; we keep a record of what you bought and what you used.
Hosted connectors
When someone uses your hosted connector from an AI app, we check their sign-in token with your site’s login provider and pass it to your site for that request only. We don’t store it.
Who can see your report
We don’t publish your report, list your site on a leaderboard or use your request as a testimonial. The public sample report uses a fictional website we created for testing.
About this preview
Transica is still in development. Business details, a privacy contact and service terms will be available before public launch. We aren’t taking payments yet.
